I contacted KitchenTuneUp/BathTune-Up to get an estimate to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. Tom Taube came to my home and listened to what I disliked about the current spaces. We discussed ways to make a bigger shower and gain more storage space in the bathroom. In the kitchen, I had dark cabinets I wanted to update but stay affordable. I also wanted to keep my granite countertops. I disliked my "closet" pantry. I received very comprehensive proposals listing out not just what labor was to be performed but also budgeted items for materials so that I would have a full understanding of how much the remodels would actually cost me. I started these remodels right before the pandemic started in March of 2020. And even though there were a few delays caused by the virus, my projects went very smoothly. I was provided an online schedule of activities so that I would know who was coming and what they were doing (when my dumpster would arrive, drywalling, plumbing work, painting, tiling work, etc.). I liked that there was a final walkthrough before final payment was made so that I could address any issues I saw after the work had been completed. I love my new bathroom and kitchen now (after 20 years of hating them). I find that the bathroom is part of my sanctuary to relax and renew myself. My kitchen is now updated and beautiful with exceptional storage. I no longer have to store appliances and dishes in my bedroom closets. Bathroom: $37,000 (new shower, freestanding tub with tub filler, new vanity with new countertop, fixtures and sinks, new toilet, new cabinet over toilet); Kitchen $30,000 (cabinet redoor with box painting and new cabinets along with a custom island to house a drawer microwave). I was so impressed with the company, its employees and craftmanship, after being offered a position with them in 2021 as a sales rep for bathrooms, I am a happy employee now creating happy customers

I was in need of a master bathroom overhaul. They gave me an estimate that broke down all of the work that would be required so I knew what where my money was going. Susan, the designer, helped to plan out the space. She worked with me in designing the vanities, picking tile, fixtures, and flooring. She worked with me one on one and was only a call/text away if I needed anything. They were able to work around my summer schedule(I am teacher and needed work done over the summer). All of the workers that came into my house were professional and let me know what work was being done and if anything needed to be changed. I am so thrilled with how my bathroom turned out. It is a wonderful space that I love walking into every day. I would highly recommend Bath Tune up for your bathroom needs

Mike and his crew are amazing. We needed to do a lower level renovation including adding a handicapped-accessible bathroom with a fairly short turn-around time as my elderly parents needed to move in due to my stepdad's failing health. Every one of his crew as well as the subcontractors were on time and did very high-quality work. My house was left clean at the end of each workday, and I was warned well in advance of days that might be noisy, as I work from home. Mike had great, creative ideas that solved a few strange twists in the layout, too. We were especially worried about the tile flooring in the kitchen and bath being problematic as it was formerly an unfinished, unheated basement, but they turned out perfect......better than we had dared to imagine, especially given the starting condition of the floors. Ahead of schedule, my mom and her husband were able to move into an inviting, thoughtfully planned space that far exceeded our expectations that stayed within the quoted budget. We will absolutely use them again

Chris and his team did a wonderful job. I had new tile floors installed in the kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry. I also had my old shower removed and a new one installed with additional trim that connected the bathtub to the shower. Chris is a true craftsman at his work and sets the standard for his whole team. The work started on time, was diligently executed, and the results were nothing short of excellent. I can recommend Tile by Chris without reservation and will definitely use him again
